covered in 2mm syrene unless stated otherwise.

All buildings are
treated with a very good quality spirit based preparatory
preservative to outside prior to delivery.

All building
dimensions shown in this brochure are approximate, based on external
wall sizes.

Framing thickness
can vary by +/- 4mm and are nominal.

Always make
allowances for roof overhang when the building has to go into a
confined space.

All base work is
the responsibility of the customer, as is the safe securing of the
building once erected.

Please allow for
enough room that the workmen may work around the building during installation.

Floor bearers are
an important and valuable option as they allow the circulation of
fresh air underneath the timber floor and help to keep it dry and sound.

We would like to
remind the customer that timber is an organic product subject to
naturally occurring changes which result from different environmental conditions.

All workmanship on
buildings are fully guaranteed for 12 months.
